PINNACLE PILATES STUDIO
We host a fully equipped Pilates studio and offer a selection of training opportunities from private equipment through to group mat sessions. The Polestar Pilates system works the whole body and aims to co-ordinate the upper and lower groups of muscles with the core, central areas of the body.

The studio is open to both club members and casual visitors. Booking is essential and can be made at reception. Club members of receive a discounted rate on all pilates sessions.

Sauna

We have a traditional Finish style steam Sauna available for use through the day to round off your training session.

This facility is free for members and charged at $10 for casual users.

SUN CAPSULE

Our Sun Capsule vertical tanning unit allows you to maintain that all year round glow in a fraction of the time of a traditional flat sunbed. (6mins equates to 30mins on a traditional sunbed)

Professional Equipment
The Club has a full range of cardio and strength equipment from quality manufactures LifeFitness and Hoist. This equipment is fully maintained to ensure that you have an enjoyable training experience.

Discounted Beauty Therapy

Pinnacle Health & Fitness Club members receive a 10% discount on a range of treatments at Coastal Sanctuary Hair, Skin and Body Therapy salon in Whitianga.
