Pilates - Using a balance of strength
and relaxation, exercises that give you long,
lean, toned muscles, better posture, a healthy
back and a calm mind. Combining Pilates training
with regular fitness you can achieve total body
balance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Level 1 - Beginner/ Intermediate - Building
on the Mat Fundamentals, with a focus on achieving
competence in Mat exercises and establishing confidence
and flow or execution, moving towards developing
Intermediate ability.
Level 2 - Intermediate/ Advanced - Progressing
Level 1 exercises to their full version. Introducing
Intermediate exercises and progessing modifications
to full versions, developing flow and pace and
preparing for Advanced exercises.
