Challenge your body! This 1 hour class incorporates 30 minutes of challenge aerobics and 30 minutes of STEP moves using a height adjustable steps. STEP features high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape & tone the entire lower body while pushing fat burning systems into high gear. Overall providing a high energy cardiovascular workout to music

The cardio workout where you target those killer areas "Legs, Bums & Tums". Get down to some great dance moves and pump up the cardio for some major fat burning. Completing your workout with conditioning moves to target and tone your legs, bum and tummy

Using adjustable barbells and weights to tone and condition muscles, while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Simple moves, great music, you can't go wrong in this class

 

Pilates  - Using a balance of strength and relaxation, exercises that give you long, lean, toned muscles, better posture, a healthy back and a calm mind.  Combining Pilates training with regular fitness you can achieve total body balance.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

* Before joining the Mixed Ability class please book at least 2 Mat Fundemental sessions (45min Private Instruction). See Pilates page for more info.

Level 1 - Beginner/ Intermediate - Building on the Mat Fundamentals, with a focus on achieving competence in Mat exercises and establishing confidence and flow or execution, moving towards developing Intermediate ability.

Level 2 - Intermediate/ Advanced - Progressing Level 1 exercises to their full version. Introducing Intermediate exercises and progessing modifications to full versions, developing flow and pace and preparing for Advanced exercises.
