Your personal trainer will encourage, support and guide
you through fun and invigorating workouts that you will
look forward to every week. Your trainer will also help
you develop the incentive to stick to your exercise
plan and make every session count

Are you someone who wants to be fit and healthy but
would prefer to exercise in the privacy of your own
home? Justin & Tania are both available for 1-2-1
mobile bookings. We can cater for individual and group
training sessions (max 4 people).
Eight
Week Blitz
Ideal for weight management, fitness and toning, eight
is an 8 week gym based training programme which incorporates
several Personal training sessions. As diet management
is fundamental to your success we will also look at
your nutritional requirements and daily intake. The
complete package.
